TIP #1: DIM SUM IS FOR SHARING

Dim sum is designed to be enjoyed and shared  by your whole table. Keep in mind how many people are in your party so everyone  will have the opportunity to take part in each item.

TIP #2: TEA, TEA AND MORE TEA

Dim sum has its origins inside teahouses in China  so it's customary for the restaurant to offer tea to your table. When your teapot  empties, just lift the lid and leave it ajar. It's a signal for our servers to fill it up so  you can enjoy more hot tea!

    TIP #3:CHOPSTICKS

Like all Chinese cuisine, chopsticks are the utensil of choice for dim sum. However, if you're a beginner or novice, please feel free to ask for  silverware.

TIP #4: MESSY, LOUD? NO PROBLEM!

When you're enjoying dim sum, you're not  just enjoying the food, you're enjoying the atmosphere. Dim sum has historically  been enjoyed socially with lots of talking and laughing. So bring the kids, let your  hair loose and have fun! You'll notice the linen tablecloths at your table. We give you the right to be messy…

    TIP #5: DIM SUM CARTS

Don't be intimidated! As soon as you sit down, you'll have  servers come to you almost immediately with one of our numerous carts with an  array of dishes. Just point to any of the items you like and the server will place the  item at the center of your table. It's perfectly fine to ask the server what the items  are. We want to be sure you enjoy what you're eating! Oh yes, when your dishes  empty, its perfectly fine to stack plates or baskets. Our servers will clear them quickly!

    TIP #6: WHERE'S THE RICE?

If you're used to having rice with your meal, don't  worry, just ask! Don't forget that although steamed white rice is customary, we  have also have several fried rice options.

TIP #7: ORDERING A LA CARTE

Go ahead and order dishes off the a la carte menu if you really know what you want! Not only are all of our dim sum selections on the  menu, we have great rice, noodle and other wonderful and savory dishes that our  kitchen staff will be happy to make.

    TIP #8 DESSERTS

When you're ready to have something sweet to end your meal,  keep an eye out for the dessert cart! We have wonderful dishes for you to share!

    TIP #9: HOW WE BILL

You'll notice that you are being seated with a piece of paper  placed on your table. As you order, the servers will serve you and reach for paper  to mark down your orders. When you're done, simply ask a waiter or waitress for  the total and the final bill, and it will be tallied and presented to you.

TIP #10: BE ADVENTUROUS, RELAX, AND HAVE FUN

We believe that part of the dim sum dining experience is not just to fill your bellies, but also to be happy in the company of your guests, help celebrate Chinese culture through food, and most  importantly, have fun!
